Project Description

With multi-state operations and significant investment in contracted construction labor, this is the story of how utility company California Water Service Group transformed its contract management from localized, defragmented practices into a set of standardized processes supported by a suite of user-friendly apps facilitating field inspections, contract compliance and regulatory governance.

Utilizing focus groups and agile teams, Cal Water was able to mitigate the third-party risks using a suite of apps to drive uniformity of processes across the company. With regular feedback from users regarding the apps and a development platform that facilities rapid development and continuous improvement, the apps have gained popularity in the user community and continue to be adopted for more business functions.
