The winner of the Rising Star Award is Krystelle Bilodeau, Director of Retail and Wholesale Debt Administration, Bank of Canada.
Krystelle is Director of Retail and Wholesale Debt at the Bank of Canada currently on a leadership development assignment in the office of the Chief Operating Officer. Krystelle has worked in the financial sector for over 16 years, with 11 years at the central bank. During her career she was instrumental in leading significant changes to the Government of Canada’s Retail Debt Program and played a key role in the public education and communication campaigns to support Canada’s successful transition from paper-based to polymer-based currency. Krystelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Ottawa and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
